A hand sterilizer is provided to spray fine particles of a disinfectant solution, thereby presenting a more pleasant feeling during disinfection, and to combine with a foot sterilizer in one unit such that both feet and hands of a user can be disinfected. A hand sterilizer includes: an open area(12) where a user places his/her hands; a sterilizer body(10); a hand sensor(14) installed at an upper face of the body above the open area; a spray nozzle(20) for spraying a disinfectant installed at the upper face of the body above the open area; a disinfectant container(16); a fan(24); an air compressor(26), and a controller. Further, an injection port(18) is formed on the top, through which the disinfectant can be refilled. Preferably, the injection port is covered by a plug(19). A rear part of the spray nozzle is a T shaped tube(22) connected to the disinfectant container and the fan. |
