<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and correctly move a cursor without lowing operation efficiency by locating an engaging member for engaging with a part of operator' s body on the palm side of operator's hand. SOLUTION: The engaging member 11 is provided with the engaging part 105 for engaging with a part of the operator's body, e.g. his/her hand, and a 2nd engaging member 107 for engaging with a position input device body 10 freely in slide. The 1st engaging part 105 has almost ring shape, and a notch 106 is provided at a part of that. In this engaging member 11, the position input device body 10 locates on the palm side of the operator's hand. That is, since the position input device body 10 for generating coordinate data responding to operator's operation is located on the palm side of the operator's hand by the engaging member 11, the input operation such as moving of the cursor and click or the like can be performed without changing the operator's hand position in the middle of keyboard operation. Thus, moving the cursor is enabled without lowering the operation efficiency of the keyboard.</p> |
