The arrangement consists of a casing (17) with plug pins (2) for an insertion into a socket (3) and with plug sockets (16) for the connection of one or several lamps (6). Components are provided for a regulation of these lamps, which consist of at least one capacitor (8) provided in the main circuit of the lamp. A switch (9) is preferably provided for bridging the capacitor, and at least one protection resistance (10) for limiting the charge- and/or discharge-current of the capacitors.
