Cold, iced infused beverages, especially iced coffee, tea and chocolate, are claimed. The recipes for a 250 g glass are as follows : (a) for coffee: 75 g cold coffee infusion (made from 3-4 g ground coffee) with 5 g sugar, 40 g herb liqueur or fruit juice-herb liqueur, called "bitters", 75 g ice, e.g. milk ice, or ice-cream (2 small balls, each of 37.5 g) and 50 g whipping cream whipped with 5 g sugar; (b) for tea: 150 g cold black tea infusion (made from 150 g water and 1.5 g black tea, (brewed for /} 5 minutes), 10 g sugar, 35 g "bitters" and 50 g fruit ice (one large ball); and (c) for chocolate: 75 g cold chocolate infusion (made from 67.5 g milk and 7.5 g chocolate) with 5 g sugar, 40 g "bitters", 75 g ice, as in the coffee, and 50 g cream whipped with 5 g sugar.
