A method for manufacturing precipitated calcium carbonate using recycled aggregate and carbon dioxide is provided to produce natural sand or recycled aggregate for building by removing a lime component from recycled aggregate. A method for manufacturing precipitated calcium carbonate using carbon dioxide includes the steps of: providing the recycled aggregate produced from waste concrete; sucking in carbon dioxide generated from an incinerator(10), and then supplying the carbon dioxide to a packed column(100), wherein the incinerator burns waste wood of construction wastes and inflammable wastes; spraying a cleaning water through a sprayer(102) installed inside the packed column to fill the cleaning water in the packed column; filling the packed column with the carbon dioxide to neutralize the strong alkaline cleaning water; supplying the neutralized cleaning water to a precipitation tank(170) to precipitate calcium carbonate; supplying the precipitated calcium carbonate to a dryer(180) to produce precipitated calcium carbonate; and producing limeless recycled aggregate by repeating the step of supplying the neutralized cleaning water to a water jetting apparatus to spray the cleaning water onto recycled aggregate.
