<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multilayer capacitor having a high dielectric constant, without requiring an excessively wide area by using a capacitor ink containing a mixture of Pb, Mg and Nb powders, a lead oxide powder and an organic solution sinterable below a specified temperature. SOLUTION: A capacitor ink is prepared, containing a trace of barium titanate mixed in an organic solution and fine glass powder, based on Pb-Mg-Nb, the ink is screen-printed repeatedly on a green tape layer and dried until a dielectric layer of about 40-45μm thick is formed, high permittivity green tape layers 30, 32, 34 are screen-printed respectively on electrodes 36, 38, 40, 42, and vias 24, 26 are formed in an electrode layer and filled with a conductive via filling ink to electrically interconnect the alternately disposed electrodes 36, 38, 40, 42. Thus, a high permittivity capacitor can be manufactured.</p> |
