PURPOSE: A method for managing a car accident using a telephone and the Internet instead of an insurance company is provided to promptly offer or advise the legal or moral processing information for the car accident, and enable the insurance company to reduce time/expense for the car accident by controlling/investigating an accident spot with a dispatched accident processing team. CONSTITUTION: If a customer met the car accident is connected to a host computer, a company asks a name/resident registration number/telephone number to the customer(S120). Member information is loaded from a member information data in case that the connected customer is a member(S150), and is loaded from the insurance company in the case of the non-member(S160). The company asks/stores a situation of the car accident and gives an answer to the customer by loading the needed information from an accident processing information database(S230). The company dispatches the accident processing team and reports the car accident to the insurance company in real-time(S240). To relieve disorder of the customer, good writing/music is transmitted to the customer(S250). |
