PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle apparatus operation supporting system capable of easily using an in-vehicle apparatus. SOLUTION: An in-vehicle server 104 specifies a user of ACC and downloads an ACC on-line manual corresponding to the utilization history of the specified user from an IP information center 300. The in-vehicle server 104 presents the application guide, operation procedure, control states, etc. of the ACC to a driver through a display device 106 and a voice input/output device 107 on the basis of the downloaded on-line manual. Consequently the driver using the ACC first can easily use the ACC in accordance with the guide of the on-line manual without reading and understanding the ACC manual and the like.
