A rotation stopper structure of a door lock is provided to allow a user to conveniently use the door lock by opening a door only with rotation of an indoor handle. A door lock includes an indoor handle(2), an indoor body, a rotation stopper unit(7), an indoor device cover(8), a lock unit, and an outdoor handle(12). The indoor handle has a push button and is installed in the indoor body. The rotation stopper unit is installed inside the indoor body, and a key pin(6) passing through a push button unit(4) and a lock unit(5) is inserted into both sides of the rotation stopper unit. The indoor device cover holds and supports the rotation stopper unit. The lock unit has a latch bolt and a dead bolt(10) protruding from and retracting into a latch groove of a door by operation of the key pin. The rotation stopper unit has a key pin groove(13) of a butterfly's wing shape to insert the key pin. An angle of the key pin groove is inclined up and down at an angle of 10~30 degrees with respect to a virtual center horizontal line.
