<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal digital assistant which enables even a CPU of comparatively low throughput to achieve false multitasking and can thereby recognize the operation of an activated application program. <P>SOLUTION: The personal digital assistant is constituted of a display part 17, a storage part 13, a communication part 11 and a control part 12. The control part 12, at each updating of a document to be displayed on the display part 17, stores the display history of the updated document into the storage part 13 and in the interruption of the execution of a document display application, stores acquisition source information concerned with the document in displaying into the storage part 13 differently from the display history, and causes the display part 17 to display interrupted display information indicating that the display of the document by the interrupted document display application is being interrupted, and when the interrupted display information is selected and restart is instructed, controls operation so as to acquire the document again by the communication part 11 based on the acquisition source information and display the acquired document on the display part 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
