PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device which eliminates user's labor when a display means used to view a predetermined indication is switched, and enhances operability and convenience. SOLUTION: When an opening/closing detection section 14 detects that a mobile phone 100 is folded, a control section 1 outputs image data from a first memory 4 to a second display driver section 7, displays an image on a second display section 9 and turns on a second back light 11. The control section 1 validates an input of a second shutter button 13b. On the other hand, when the opening/closing detection section 14 detects that the mobile phone 100 is not folded, the control section 1 outputs image data from the first memory 4 to a first display driver section 6, displays an image on a first display section 8 and turns on a first back light 10.
