PURPOSE: A carcass rubber composition is provided to improve heat resistance and durability by using zeolite and bonding capacity between a rubber composition and fabric cord by using a resorcinol formaldehyde resin. CONSTITUTION: A carcass rubber composition comprises a base rubber 100.0 parts by weight, carbon black and zeolite 40~60 parts by weight, and resorcinol formaldehyde resin 0.5~2.5 parts by weight. The weight ratio of carbon black to zeolite is 3 : 1~3. The zeolite has specific gravity 2.1~2.2, hardness 3.5~5.0, specific surface area 80~100 M^3/g, pH 6~9, and 150~800 mesh. |
