PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for improving the convenience of entry error check by allowing an information processor to store a document form, and preferentially presenting a document form to be used for the entry error check in the information processor.SOLUTION: In a document system including an information processor for fetching a document as electronic data and a server, the server stores document form identification information and document form definition information including the recognition area and recognition condition of entry content for each document form of the document, and manages priority information to be used for allowing the information processor to preferentially store the document form for each document form identification information, and transmits the priority information to the information processor, and the information processor displays the document form identification information in a list in an order based on the received priority information such that the document form which is highly likely to be used is preferentially downloaded. |
