PURPOSE:To adjust easily weight balance by forming a plurality of through-holes in the peripheral direction on a mounting plate of a resin molded rotating body provided with the mounting plate as a rotating shaft mounting section inserted into the center of a boss section and inserting a bush into the through-hole on the proper position. CONSTITUTION:A cooling fan 1 for an automobile consists of a synthetic resin torus boss section 2, a plurality of synthetic resin plates 3 disposed projectingly and radially on the outer peripheral face of said boss section and a metal flat plate torus mounting plate 4 inserted into the inner peripheral face of the boss section 2. A plurality of through-holes 7 are formed at the given interval on the sections other than through-holes 6 for mounting couplings of the mounting plate 4 of the cooling fan U1. When weight balance is adjusted, measurement is carried out to find if weight bias is in the cooling fan 1 or not, and in the case weight bias is found out, a bush 8 of the given weight is inserted into a through-hole 7 on the position of eliminating the weight bias, caulked therein and fixed thereon. |
