摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a fuel injection rate with high accuracy by performing an operation on the load of a hydraulic pump on the basis of a detecting value of a condition quantity of the hydraulic pump, and controlling a fuel injection rate control actuator so that a fuel injection rate according to the load of the hydraulic pump and engine speed of an engine can be obtained. SOLUTION: Operation is performed on a fuel injection quantity by an engine controller 50 on the basis of output signals of an accelerator operation input part 356, an engine speed sensor 51 and a link position sensor 52, and a corresponding control current is outputted to a governor actuator 54. An engine speed deviationΔN between target engine speed and detecting engine speed is found, and a position of a link mechanism 64 is adjusted to increase-decrease a fuel injection quantity according to thisΔN. A prestroke control command and a fuel injection timing command are also found from an engine speed signal, an engine load torque signal and an ignition timing advance signal from an ignition timing advance sensor 53, and a corresponding control current is outputted to a solenoid control valve 66 of a prestroke actuator 70 and a timer actuator 55.
