摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fluid of which the phases can be changed to be recovered rapidly and further enable the recovering of heating performance to be carried out fast even if the fluid is condensed and kept stayed at the time of starting heating operation or the fluid starts to stay during operation. SOLUTION: An outdoor device 1 and a plurality of indoor devices 4 installed below the outdoor device 1 are connected by a gaseous phase pipe 6 and a liquid phase pipe 7 having an electric pump 10 therein. Gas of which the heat is absorbed and evaporated by the outdoor device 1 is fed into the indoor devices 4 so as to radiate heat or condense, the condensed liquid is returned back to the outdoor device 1 by the electric pump 10 and a heating operation can be carried out at each of the indoor devices 4. All flow rate adjusting valves 8 in all the indoor devices 4 are fully opened to start a heating operation. Even when an amount of R-134a in a receiver tank 9 detected by a liquid surface sensor 12 is lacked during operation, all the flow rate adjusting valves 8 are fully opened. When the lack of amount of this R-134a is eliminated, a degree of opening of each of the flow rate adjusting valves 8 is recovered to a control based on a heating load.
