PURPOSE: An anniversary management system using a mailing system, a system for reserving and reporting the anniversary, and a system for insuring shopping mall and product is provided to offer the system related to the anniversary which can send a gift to a person on the days, and to establish the system for insuring the gift, thereby increasing the reliability of a product. CONSTITUTION: A person(30) with reservation checks if his/her reservation contents has a problem(31), and may modify(32) the contents to effect the change of a database(33). The database(33) sends buy information to a shopping system(34). The shopping system(34) issues and outputs(38),(39) an insurance document via a payment system(35) according to the work procedures of an insurance system(36) and an insurance company(37). The output insurance document is sent to a service provider(41), the insurance company(37), shopping operators(34,35), the person(30) and a customer(43) who receives the gift via a deliver system(42). The customer(43) checks the received gift, and refunds(46) of the cost of the gift or exchanges(47) it for a new gift via a compensation system(45) if the received gift has a defect.
