PURPOSE: A want advertising method via internet is provided to analyse of various results and information that occurs after desired information was offered, and to report the result of the analysis, thereby enabling the data of the recruit and the employment to be continuously updated. CONSTITUTION: When a job seeker becomes a member, he/she provides personal information including an employment condition to a service provider, who stores the information from the job seeker in a database(s20). A recruiter supplies company information as well as a recruit condition to the service provider, who stores the received information from the recruiter in a database(s40). The service provider searches the information of the conditions in the databases to offer the result to the job seeker and the recruiter(s60). They inform the service provider of a concerned job seeker and recruiter, respectively(s80). If the recruiter determines the job seeker via interview(s100-s130), the information of the recruit and the employment is deleted from the database(s140).
