PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out and manage contents for linking the physical operation of a robot mutually and temporally together with images and voices. SOLUTION: An external device 2 such as a contents server to which the robot 1 is connected, manages a list of robot capability required to carry out contents acquired from the robot 1 (which is called a robot capability list), using contents describing arrangement and reproduction timing control of multimedia information of voice, image, and the like, and condition divergence based on input from a key or a sensor, and delivers the contents according to the capability (an execution capability list) on the robot side requesting the contents, to provide environment for utilizing the contents suitable for the capability of the robot 1, on every robot 1 with different operating performance.
