<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a service apparatus, which simultaneously provides a plurality of applications, to control service levels being offered by respective applications. <P>SOLUTION: The server apparatus 10 includes: an application execution unit 2 for simultaneously executing a plurality of applications; a relay unit 1 which receives communication data designating a predetermined application during the simultaneous execution, relays the data to the designated application, receives communication data designating a predetermined device from each of the applications and relays the data to the designated device; a working status measuring unit 3 which measures a working status of each of the applications and generates a measured value; a service level definition information storage unit 4 for storing a service level definition value; and a control instruction unit 5 which computes a degree of satisfaction for each application from the measured value and the service level definition value, determines an application that becomes a target of relay control, and a relay control system based on the degree of satisfaction, generates a determined result as a control instruction signal and outputs it to a relay unit 1, wherein the relay unit 1 controls relay of communication data of a corresponding application in accordance with the control instruction signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
