PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a heating value of a drain driver in a display device in which an FBI drive method is adopted. SOLUTION: In this display adopting the FBI drive method, each sub pixel displays one gray level requested from an external system by displaying two gray levels corresponding to first display data in one of two continuous frame periods and corresponding to a second display data in the other of the two continuous frame periods. When the display data input from the external system is in an intermediate gray level, the brightness by the second display data is lower than that by the first display data. A power supply circuit supplies a high-potential first power voltage to the driver in the first frame period, and also supplies a low potential first power voltage lower in potential than the first power voltage to the driver in the second frame period.
