摘要 A biological disc and method of positioning the biological disc is presented. The biological disc includes a manufacturing information data zone on the outermost peripheral for storing data corresponding to characteristics and limitations of the biological disc, a plurality of flow paths, and a biological detecting zone on the outer peripheral. The testing start mark is used to mark starting point for counting testing chambers. Dividers are disposed between a plurality of testing mark, upper positioning mark, and lower positioning mark. The testing chamber is displayed in the testing mark. The lower positioning mark is positioned across the lower half of the testing mark and the upper positioning mark is positioned across the upper half of the testing mark used for positioning the testing mark.
