A motor cycle communication device and a mounting structure thereof are provided to suppress increase in air resistance and allow superior transmitting/receiving sensitivity. A mounting structure(300) of a motorcycle communication device(10) which performs communication between a motorcycle(12) and the outside through radio, and includes a slot(308) for insertion of a card(306). The mounting structure includes a storage box(70) and a light(320). The storage box includes a space(70a) for storage of articles and a cover for covering the space. The light is arranged in the storage box, and turned on when the cover is opened. The motorcycle communication device is arranged in the storage box.
