<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely connect terminals of respective electric parts by using a smaller number of kinds of anisotropic conductive adhesive layers in connecting a plurality of electric parts different in volume between the terminals by using the anisotropic conductive adhesive layer. <P>SOLUTION: This is a method of connecting a connecting terminal 22 of a first electric parts 20 and the connecting terminal 27 of a second electric parts 25 larger in volume between terminals than the connecting terminal 22 respectively connected to a first substrate side terminal 17 and a second substrate side terminal 18 of a surface of a substrate 11 by using the anisotropic conductive adhesive layer 41. Between the connecting terminal 27 of the second electric parts 25 and the second substrate side terminal 18, together with the anisotropic conductive adhesive layer 41, by arranging a second adhesive layer 43 in which the content of conductive particles 45 is less than that of its anisotropic conductive adhesive layer 41, the second electric parts 25 is connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
