An aspect of the present invention provides a cell cover for a secondary battery which comprises at least one secondary battery in an internal space and is mounted in a groove formed on the upper surface of a cooling plate in the form of an uneven plate. The cell cover for a secondary battery may comprise: a first side surface plate and a second side surface plate which face each other in order to form both side surfaces of an internal space; an upper surface plate which forms the upper surface of the internal space and connects the upper corners of the first side surface plate and the second side surface plate; and a first lower surface plate which extends from the lower corners of the first side surface plate so as to form the lower surface of the internal space and a second lower surface plate which extends from the lower corners of the second side surface plate so as to face the first lower surface plate, wherein the first lower surface plate and the second lower surface plate are downwardly inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to a horizontal plane.
