PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a handle to be gripped by children or short people at a one-stage lower position by fitting a spring mechanism to a belt fixing part, forming the handle so as to be lowered by one stage when the handle is pulled downward by a finger tip, and returning the handle to the original position by a winding mechanism when a hand is detached from the handle. SOLUTION: A suspension ball 16 to suspend a handle therefrom is provided on an electric vehicle and the handle is provided in a positional variable manner to the 'normal condition' and the 'slide condition'. The handle comprises a cylindrical cover 25 fixed to the suspension ball 16, wound springs 26, 26', a strap 27 which is connected to center parts of the wound springs 26, 26' and pulled out of a hole 28 in a part of the cover 25, and a grip 21 suspended by the strap 27. When a finger is hooked to the grip 21 and the grip is pulled downward, the wound springs 26, 26' are turned and urged while lowering the grip 21, and when the hand is detached from the grip 21, the handle 15 is returned to an upper position by the restoration force of the wound springs 26, 26'. |
