PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cupboard reducing an impact noise of a door, restraining a rebound of the door, preventing a bug from invading, reducing weight, improving strength and restraining inexpensively manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: A pair of side plates 12 and 14, the ceiling plate 16, the bottom plate 18 and two back plates 20 and 20 are mutually connected and fixed to form a main body 22 of the cupboard. The pair of the side plates 12 and 14 and the ceiling plate 16 are connected and fixed with screws 40. The pair of the side plates 12 and 14 and the bottom plate 18 are connected and fixed with screws 44. The pair of the side plates 12 and 14, the ceiling plate 16, the bottom plate 18 and the back plates 20 and 20 are connected and fixed with the screws 40 and 44. Each of the side plates 12 and 14, the ceiling plate 16 and the bottom plate 18 consists of a wall structure where the inside of each hollow panel 32 is filled with a foamed material 34.
