PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing an optical disk which can uniformly form an intermediate layer of a DVD etc., formed by sticking two bases together to a uniform thickness. SOLUTION: A UV-curable adhesive C is charged between the two disk bases A and B formed in a disk shape and the disk bases are sucked by a base holding means 11 one over the other. The base holding means 11 implements a spinning process of rotating the two disk bases A and B put one over the other and a UV light irradiating means 21 arranged on the top surface of the disk base A irradiates the adhesive with light. The UV light irradiating means 21 is equipped with a light source 22 emitting UV light and a shutter 23, which is adjusted to irradiates adhesives by concentrically divided regions of the disk bases with the UV light.
