<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost solid oxide fuel cell which has superior performance in which there is hardly generated a high resistant layer at an air electrode and the lowering of conductivity caused by an atmosphere can be suppressed at a fuel electrode, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In a solid oxide fuel cell stack 1, a solid oxide fuel battery cell 3 and an interconnector 5 are alternately laminated and integrated by integrated calcining. The air electrode 11 and the fuel electrode 13 are composed of compounds of Ag-Pd alloys and oxygen ion conductive ceramic, and an Ag-Pd alloy content is 50% of the whole compound and an Ag content is 30 mol% of the whole alloy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
