<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize current traffic condition and determine abnormality. <P>SOLUTION: The network monitoring system comprises an information gathering part with an information gathering function for gathering monitoring information from the network to be monitored an information recording part for storing the monitoring information gathered in the information gathering part, and an information display part with an information display function for reading the required information recorded in the information recording part and generating the image information of a graph to be displayed.
