PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor monitoring pole adapted so that a monitoring device is never stolen by being easily removed from a monitoring pole body while performing monitoring of suspicious persons. SOLUTION: The outdoor monitoring pole 10 includes the pole body 11 set outdoors, the monitoring device 12 provided in a required height position of the pole body 11, a detector 13 provided in a required height position of the pole body 11, and a transmitting and receiving device 14 provided in a required height position of the pole body 11.
