PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate downstream process product data from upstream process product data on the basis of conversion file data. SOLUTION: This conversion device is provided with: a difference extraction means 12 for storing repository data 21 in which PIM data 51 and PSM data 61 generated from the PIM data 51 on the basis of the conversion rule data are stored and PSM data 62 corrected from the PSM data 61, and for comparing the PSM data 61 with the PSM data 62, and for outputting the difference as difference application data 33; and a difference application means 15 for, when the PIM data are corrected and PIM data 52 are generated, generating PSM data 63 from the PIM data 52 on the basis of the conversion rule data and the difference application data 33.
