The present invention relates to an engine lifting apparatus for a vessel, comprising: a pair of lifting loaders installed in an upper part of a crane body; a plurality of lifting wires having longitudinal one end bound to the lifting loaders and the other end connected to an engine; and a guide plate positioned between the lifting loaders and the engine and uniformly maintaining an allowable guarantee angle. Since the allowable guarantee angle at which the lifting wires connect the engine in a linear direction is perfectly satisfied, safety of a lifting operation is able to be enhanced, and since an upper working space of the engine is prevented from narrowing, both efficiency and safety of a fastening and releasing operation using a shackle are able to be enhanced.
