PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of easily measuring a posture of an object person and distortion of the body.SOLUTION: A body information acquisition apparatus according to the present invention includes: shape acquisition means that acquires body shape data as data of an object person and representing a three-dimensional shape of a profile of the body including at least a trunk part; specification means that specifies a posture axis as an axis representing tendency of the body shape of the object person on the basis of the body shape data acquired by the shape acquisition means; and output means that outputs posture information as information related to the posture axis specified by the specification means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
