FIELD: solar engineering; tracking position of the sun by means of solar receiver. SUBSTANCE: solar unit has solar panel, at least two telescopic thermal drives, and light-reflecting screen; in addition, it is provided with rotating shaft that mounts solar panel for displacement along axis and double-section transmission gear one of whose sections is coupled with shaft; thermal drives are secured on solar panel in parallel to its plane for engaging other section of transmission gear; screen is placed between thermal drives. EFFECT: improved precision of solar panel positioning and improved efficiency of utilization of heat radiation in solar panel drive. 2 dwg
