The present invention relates to an anti-fog type mask, comprising: a cover (30) for surrounding the mouth and nostrils of a wearer inside a mask body (10); connecting hoses (40) connected to both sides of the cover to guide the inhalation or exhalation of air with respect to the mouth and nose of the wearer; and a filter (50) coupled with ends of the connecting hoses (40). Therefore, the anti-fog type mask allows the wearer to inhale or exhale purified air through the mouse and nose, and thus shows excellent use efficiency in an area containing yellow dust and severe pollutants through an air purification effect, and prevents breathing disorder. Furthermore, the anti-fog type mask guides to discharge the exhaled breathing in winter through both sides of the mask by the connecting hoses, thereby preventing glasses or helmet windows from fogging, leading to excellent use efficiency. |
