摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanofiber production apparatus and method by a melt-blown method with improved productivity.SOLUTION: A pellet-like material (resin) charged in a hopper 2 is supplied to the inside of a heating cylinder 3 heated by a heater 4 and melted, and then sent to the front part of the heating cylinder 3 by a screw 5 which is rotated by a motor 6. The heating cylinder 3 is provided with a head part 7 to spout high-pressure gas from a gas spout port 71 formed at the center of the head part 7. The molten resin which reaches the tip of the heating cylinder 3 is discharged via the inside of the head part 7 from resin discharge ports 73 of six extra fine pipes arranged at positions retreated in the downstream direction of the resin discharge ports 73. Thus, the molten resin discharged from the resin discharge ports 73 is drawn, so as to form fiber having a diameter of nano order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
