The invention relates to a film-coated compressed tablet with modified release of the active substance containing 35 mg of trimetazidine dichlorohydrate, which releases the active substance for a period of 12 hours from the administration of the compressed tablet by using non-matrix components of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and hydrogenated cottonseed oil in a mass ratio of 1/0.02 ... 0.08, while the active substance represents at most 15% from the compressed tablet mass, preferably 13.06 % and to a process for preparing the film-coated compressed tablet with modified release of the trimetazidine dichlorohydrate. |
