Provided is a display method for a computer desktop, which comprises: according to a set display mode, sending first display data to a first display device for display after the first display data is cached into a first cache region, and sending second display data to a virtual display device after the second display data is cached into a second cache region (S11); acquiring the second display data cached in the second cache region (S12); encoding the acquired second display data (S13); sending the encoded second display data to a second display device (S14); and after the encoded second display data are received by the second display device, decoding and displaying same on the second display device. Moreover, also provided is a display device for computer desktops, which can utilize existing devices to carry out the multi-screen display of a computer desktop, is convenient and flexible to use, and saves cost. |
