PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete cooking corresponding to a selected course without being affected by an actual rice cooking capacity or the like. SOLUTION: When a specified course is selected by a course button 63c and a cooking differentiation button 63d, a rice cooking control means 95 sets a temperature change value inside a pot corresponding to the selected course. Thereafter, the rice cooking control means 95 adjusts the heating amount of a heating coil 16 so that a temperature inside the pot follows the temperature change value set for each course beforehand while fetching a detected temperature P2 from a lid temperature sensor 57.
