PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device, visually discriminating a difference in diameter of a barrel part, although the whole outer periphery of the barrel part of a core member is covered with a rubber-like elastic body. SOLUTION: This vibration control device includes: the core member 2 in which both sides in the axial direction of the cylindrical barrel part 2a are provided with both end parts 2b wider than the barrel part 2a; an outer cylinder 3 axially shorter than the barrel part 2a and surrounding the barrel part 2a parallel to the axis; and a vibration control base 4 made of the rubber-like elastic body and interposed between the barrel part 2a and the outer cylinder 3, wherein the whole outer periphery of the barrel part 2a is covered with the rubber-like elastic body, and an axial groove 10 is formed on the surface of the covering rubber 5 covering a part projected in the axial direction S over the outer cylinder 3 of the barrel part 2a.
