A self-propelled paint painting device, and its operation method are provided to prevent the contamination of the wall except the designated painting part by monitoring the painting process with a computer. A self-propelled paint painting device comprises a first fixing unit which temporarily or alternately fixes a plurality of adhesion plates(122) to the wall surface according to the generation of vacuum inside and the injection result of the compressed air; a moving unit(120) provided with a second fixing unit(121); a pneumatic actuator which drives the first and second fixing units; a painting part(140) which paints the wall surface; a moving unit moving groove(150); a painting part control groove(151); a camera(160) which transfers the image about the painting process of the wall surface to the computer(200) of the ground in real time; a controller; a remote control receiving part(171); a paint tub; a paint tank(190); and an electric power supply part.
