The present invention relates to an incinerator-integrated heat medium boiler and, more specifically, to an incinerator-integrated heat medium boiler to operate a high-efficiency boiler through combustion heat generated by burning an incineration object. The incinerator-integrated heat medium boiler according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which a heat medium flows, comprises: a tube coil assembly which is connected to a heat medium inlet and a heat medium outlet and is wound to have a space therein; and an incineration means which is provided in the tube coil assembly and burns an incineration object.
