PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient manufacturing method of electronic equipment.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of electronic equipment includes: a process in which to position a transistor 100 having an input lead wire 110, an output lead wire, and a control lead wire 112 extending in parallel to one another; a process in which to arrange a first and a second bus bar layers 104 with respect to the transistor 100 so that a first tab 104A extending from a first opening is positioned to and in contact with one 110 of input and output lead wires and a second tab extending from a second opening is positioned to and in contact with the other 112 of the input and output lead wires; a process in which to weld the first tab 104 and the one 110 of the input and output lead wires; a process in which to install a circuit board 106 in parallel to the bus bar layer 104 so that a control lead wire 112 and the first and second tabs 104 extend through a corresponding opening 114 of the circuit board 106; and a process in which to solder the control lead wire 112 and at least either the first or second tab to one or more circuits of the circuit board 106.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
