The present invention relates to a Bluetooth earphone system capable of detecting surrounding noise, which comprises: a sound playback control unit which respectively plays, stops, fast forwards and rewinds a sound source stored in a smartphone or a music player; a control unit sensing circumstance during a call, which respectively performs a call connection, a call disconnection or a volume adjustment; left and right woofer earphones; and a controller which controls the sound playback control unit, the control unit sensing circumstance during a call and the left and right woofer earphones, wherein there is an advantage that accidents which may occur during a call or when listening to music can be prevented, by sensing the surrounding noise and controlling the surrounding noise during a call or when listening to music.
