PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management device and an information management system capable of further easily managing target information of a measuring device.SOLUTION: The information management device capable of acquiring measured information from a storage device for storing measured information of biological information or biological activity information and managing the measured information comprises: an operation unit which allows input of target information relating to the measured information; a communication unit which is capable of communicating with the storage device; and a control unit which causes the target information inputted from the operation unit to be transmitted from the communication unit to the storage device, thereby bringing the target information relating to the measured information stored in the storage device into synchronization with the target information inputted from the operation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5A
