<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-generating agent having heating time and temperature which can be controlled without fail by forming a calcium carbonate layer on the surface of a calcium oxide particle. CONSTITUTION:A heat-generating agent comprising calcium oxide particles each having a particle diameter of 0.5-3mm is heated with agitation to 400-800 deg.C in a carbon dioxide gas to form a calcium carbonate layer on the surface of each calcium oxide particle. The objective agent comprises at least 70wt.% above-obtained calcium oxide particles.</p> |
