PURPOSE:To obtain a lubricant which enables the warm forming of an aluminum material with an excellent workability without causing scuffing esp. at the higher side of the temp. range of the warm forming. CONSTITUTION:The title lubricant comprises 2.5-20% satd. fatty acid soap which has a water solubility reaching 20% at a temp. below 50 deg.C and a 12-18C alkyl group, 1-20% at least one salt selected from the group consisting of aluminum, zinc, calcium, and magnesium stearates, and the rest being water. |
