<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water entering from a space between a seal part of an extrusion molding part and a header from flowing along the header, and prevent water leakage inside a vehicle beyond a flange at a trim of a die molding part in a weather strip, which has an extrusion molding part mounted to a header of an automobile of a convertible type with a collapsible hood, a trim comprising a die molding part at a corner and inserted in and mounted to a flange of the header, and a seal part integrally formed to the trim via a connection part, the connection part of the die molding part being adhered to the header by a butyltape. <P>SOLUTION: A lip 34 projecting in a horizontal direction is formed at the end of a trim 33 of an extrusion molding part 31, and a tip is brought into elastic contact with the header 2 and sealed. A butyltape 22 adhered to a connection part 36b of a die molding part 32 extends to the lip 34, and water flowing to the die molding part 32 is blocked by the butyltape 22 and prevented from flowing in a trim 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
