<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new sealing device limiting rotation torque, having excellent sealing performance and a long seal life. <P>SOLUTION: The sealing device 8 comprises a cored bar 10 fitted and fixed on a one member 6 out of two members relatively concentrically rotating, and an elastic seal member 11 provided with a seal lip and fixed on the cored bar and seals a part between the two members. The seal lip comprises side lips 11a, 11b formed in an axial direction and radial lips 11c, 11d formed in a radial direction.
